How does the booking process work?

Booking is simple! Browse our services, select your preferred service provider, choose an available time slot, enter your address details, apply any coupon codes, and complete the payment. Your booking confirmation will be sent instantly, and your beauty expert will arrive at your scheduled time.

Which areas do you serve?

We currently serve all governorates in Kuwait, including Kuwait City, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Jahra, and Mubarak Al-Kabeer. When booking, simply select your governorate and area to see available service providers near you.

What beauty services do you offer?

We offer a comprehensive range of beauty services: Hair services (haircuts, styling, blowouts, root touch-ups, keratin/protein treatments), Makeup (soft glam looks for various occasions), Nail services (gel manicures and classic pedicures), and Lash services (lash lift with tint). All services are performed by certified professionals using high-quality products.

Do I need to provide any equipment or products?

No need! Our service providers come fully equipped with all necessary tools, products, and equipment needed for your service. However, if you have specific product preferences (like hair color brands), you can mention them during booking, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

How long does each service take?

Service duration varies: Haircuts typically take 45-60 minutes, Styling/Blowouts 60-90 minutes, Hair coloring treatments 2-3 hours, Makeup 60-90 minutes, Manicures 45-60 minutes, Pedicures 60-75 minutes, and Lash services 60-75 minutes. Exact duration will be shown when you book, and our experts will ensure quality timing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple secure payment methods including K-Net (direct debit) and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard). Payment is processed securely through MyFatoorah, one of Kuwait's leading payment gateways. You can complete your payment online during booking.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

Yes! If you cancel your booking before the scheduled service time, you're eligible for a full refund. Refunds are processed through the same payment method you used. The refund process typically takes 5-10 business days. However, cancellations made very close to the appointment time or no-shows may be subject to different policies—please check our cancellation policy when booking.

What if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, you'll receive a notification immediately. Your booking will remain pending until payment is completed. You can retry the payment up to 3 times. Common reasons for payment failure include insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or network issues. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

You can browse service providers by viewing their profiles, which include ratings, reviews from previous customers, service specialties, experience, and pricing. Simply select your booking, choose a new available time slot, and confirm.
